Jeongmin Ahn is a Manager at the Global Business Team of the Korea Customs Trade and Development Institute (KCTDI). Her work focuses on cross-border e-commerce, automated customs clearance, and warehouse management systems. She is particularly interested in advancing smart customs ecosystems that integrate risk-based management with automated logistics to support efficient, secure, and sustainable cross-border trade. Ms. Ahn holds a Master’s degree in Korean–English Interpretation and Translation from the Seoul University of Graduate School of Foreign Studies. Prior to joining KCTDI, she worked as a professional interpreter for over five years across both public and private sectors, supporting international cooperation and policy-related engagements.
