Mr. Kin-kei LI (KK) joined Hong Kong Customs in 1999. During his service, he has worked in various areas including investigation, intelligence and enforcement, cargo and passenger processing, project management, IT system development and application of new technologies etc. KK spent most of his career in financial investigation against syndicated crimes and so he acquired a few professional qualifications in that area. He was also the first batch to join and lead the Inter-Departmental Counter-Terrorism Unit headed by Security Bureau. He has worked in the World Customs Organization based in Brussels of Belgium from 2014 to 2016. Now, he is the Head of Secretariat Office of the World Customs Organization Vice-Chairperson for the Asia Pacific Region.
