Raghad Altalli International Trade Centre

Raghad Altalli leads trade facilitation programs and strategic initiatives at the International Trade Centre (ITC). Since joining ITC in 2014, she has supported over 30 countries in designing innovative digital solutions and implementing high-impact trade facilitation reforms such as Single Window, Risk Management, Authorized Economic Operator programmes and Time Release Studies. Her work helped countries modernize their customs and trade ecosystems, streamline operations, and enhance transparency, ultimately strengthening trade performance and global competitiveness. Raghad provides strategic guidance to policymakers and businesses, fostering international collaboration and driving solutions that reduce trade barriers and enhance efficiency. She brings experience from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, where she worked in the Finance Department, along with four years in the private sector. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Geneva.
