A globally recognized speaker, Steve excels in building strong relationships with C-Suite executives and ministers. His diverse experience spans consultancy, management, and digital strategy, with significant contributions across all sectors of the UK Public Sector. Previous roles in Microsoft include Central Government CTO, UK Defence Digital Lead, and positions in Education, Health, and Local & Regional Government. Steve has collaborated with teams worldwide defining how technology is a catalyst for business transformation, sustainability, security, and user/citizen experience. He has also authored whitepapers on digital tax and customs, post-pandemic hybrid working, cloud security, and government sustainability. Prior to joining Microsoft 18 years ago Steve held senior positions in Capgemini, EDS and HM Revenue & Customs.
