Onur Haliloğlu is an engineer and entrepreneur specializing in advanced imaging technologies, security systems, and the defense industry. After graduating from Middle East Technical University with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, he completed his PhD and began his professional career at TÜBİTAK, where he assumed key roles as both a researcher and a manager in strategic projects focused on satellite technologies and electro-optical systems.
In 2014, combining his strong technical background with a visionary entrepreneurial mindset, he co-founded MS SPEKTRAL Defense Industry Inc., focusing on the development of X-ray vehicle, truck, and container scanning systems, as well as advanced electro-optical imaging solutions. As Co-Founder and CEO, he leads the development of inspection systems critical to border and customs security.
Under his leadership, MS SPEKTRAL has emerged as one of the fastest-growing technology companies, with its achievements recognized by prestigious institutions such as Deloitte, TOBB, and SEDEFED.
