Stuart J. Rabin is the Chairman and CEO of Decision Sciences International Corporation (DSIC), an applied technology company that combines exclusive Muon Tomography technology and proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), advanced physics, and data aggregation. Our unique Discovery® system “empowers the world to see things that have never been seen before.”
Mr. Rabin also is the Chairman of the Board of Managers of DSIC affiliate Decision Sciences Medical Company (DSMC) and is the CEO of Nine Thirty Capital, an investment firm that he launched in 2004. From 1997 through 2008, Mr. Rabin was the President and CEO of JFI, a diversified family investment company that he co-founded. Previously, Mr. Rabin held positions at various financial firms and practiced law in both New York and Washington, D.C.
Mr. Rabin devotes time and attention to charitable and civic causes. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Wharton Global Family Alliance of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and the International Council of the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He is also a former member of the National Constitution Center Board of Trustees.
Mr. Rabin graduated with honors from Georgetown University and from the Georgetown University Law Center and received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
